Whole30, Day 6
I got a bit out of routine today since I didn’t get around to eating breakfast until 11:00am. And no, there are no veggies on my breakfast plate. It’s Saturday, and I wanted a weekend breakfast. Plus, I was up all night cleaning up after sick dogs, thanks to a day long trash binge fest, and I wanted something special. So I made myself a giant four-egg blueberry tortilla and topped it with bananas and coconut. Any then I never got around to lunch. Dinner was a hearty cauliflower soup over salmon Courtney cooked in the smoker.
According to the Whole30 Timeline I should be feeling: I just want a nap…
How I’m feeling: It’s kind of hard to blame my need of a nap on anything but the fact that I was scooping up dog puke at 2:00am.
Breakfast: Sweet and Savory Blueberry Tortilla with Coconut Banana Salad
Snack: Hard-boiled egg
Dinner: Cauliflower Celeriac Soup with Salmon Filet and a Power Green Salad with Walnuts, Blackberries and Homemade Orange Chia Seed Dressing
