Whole30, Day 14
Two weeks in today! As you’ll see, I’m still having trouble getting the three round meals in on the weekends, and instead relying on snacks. Today I really just split one meal into two snacks, one before a workout and one to get me through the afternoon. I did discover that the pastelón makes an excellent breakfast! Recipe for that tomorrow!
According to the Whole30 Timeline I should be feeling: Boundless energy, now give me a Twinkie! Your energy levels are better than normal, but your craving and even dreaming about your old comfort foods.
How I’m feeling: Still no boundless energy… I’ll keep waiting?
Breakfast/pre-workout snack: 1/2 slice Pastelón and 1 T almond butter
Lunch: Sweet Potato and Chicken Sausage Hash with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Avocado and a Fried Egg
Afternoon Snack: 1/2 slice Pastelón with avocado
Dinner: Paleo Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai with Shrimp
