Whole30, Day 10
According to the Whole30 Timeline I should be feeling: The Hardest Days. By this point, the newness of the program has worn off. You’ve made it through most of the unpleasant physical milestones, but you’ve yet to experience any of the “magic” the program promises.
How I’m feeling: This still doesn’t feel hard, and the idea of continuing on doesn’t feel daunting. But maybe the results portion of this sums of the feelings of skepticism I was describing yesterday.
Had some awesome meals today. For lunch I had the best salad ever thrown together from things I had around the kitchen. It was huge and absolutely packed with healthy fats. And unlike the normal salad experience, filled me up for a good six hours. Dinner was a recipe I thought up on my own, and it’s definitely a keeper!
Pre-Workout Snack: Hard-boiled egg and almond butter
Breakfast: Sweet Potato and Chicken Sausage Hash with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Avocado and a Fried Egg
Lunch: Salmon, Avocado, Blackberries, Orange Slices and Walnuts over a Power Green Salad with Almond Butter Balsamic Dressing {OMG SO GOOD}
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Butter Spaghetti (Squash) with Shrimp and Asparagus
