Whole 30, Day 25
According to the Whole30 Timeline I should be feeling: Tiger Blood! Your energy is through the roof, you’ve kicked the cravings, you’re experimenting with new, delicious food, and you’ve finally got the time to notice that your clothes fit better, your workouts are stronger, and you are generally more awesome.
How I’m feeling: Energy is pretty good, cravings are in check and still loving the new foods, but my clothes are feeling a bit tight the last few of days, I didn’t work out this morning and more awesome? That’s not possible 😉
Breakfast: Lots of leftovers! Two bacon-wrapped egg cups with plantain chips, guacamole and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Lunch: Coconut Meatballs with Polynesian Sauce and Spicy Coconut Curry Green Beans
Dinner: Moroccan crock-pot chicken with mashed and fried plantains, avocado and power green salad with blackberries and walnuts and almond butter balsamic dressing
