Takeout Tuesday, August Edition: DC-3
The final Tuesday of August snuck up on me. Gosh, I can’t imagine why? But you know what that means… TAKEOUT TUESDAY!
To commemorate the end of Summer, I went with an iconic summer cuisine: hot dogs!
We started with some buffalo hummus (recipe to come!) with baby carrots and ranch-flavored wheat thins.
And a little treat I brought back from Colombia… ‘Bocadillo de Guayaba,” a jelly guava treat we enjoyed with our fruit bowls while lounging on Playa Blanca. Also excellent with goat cheese!
Anddd of course we couldn’t end the night without dessert. How about some fried oreos?
