A Recap of Month Three of the Global Cuisine Project

40 down, 155 to go

The pace of my travel has slowed down a bit this month, with only nine stops.  I’m officially behind!  But I continue to love this journey, which is the important part.  Oh, and the food has continued to be delicious!  I’ve found many of the dishes to be a bit heavier than we’re accustomed to, not because international cuisine is inherently heavy but it seems that the signature dishes I’ve been targeting trend that way.  As warmer weather arrives, it’s going to be a challenge to find light dishes to match the season.  Here’s a look back at the highlights from March!

This month we went to: Andorra, Democratic Republic of Congo, Fiji, Ireland, Japan, Moldova, Slovenia, South Africa, and Thailand
