A Recap From Month 6 of Mission Cook the World
63 down, 133 to go

As of today, we’re more than halfway through 2017. If like me you feel like the year only just began, you may need to sit with that one for a moment. But here we find ourselves. (And on the bright side, this means only three and a half more years of dystopia!).
As you may notice, we have not made it halfway around the world – we are closer to 1/3 of the way there, if you’re counting. Still, the delicious journey continues to be a pleasure, and we’re discovering some delightful new meals! This month we’ve been particularly Euro-centric, something I’ve really tried to avoid until now – but this was sort of just a coincidence!
This month we traveled to: Belgium, Portugal, Serbia, Sweden and Vatican City
Best Recipe: Gnocchi al Vaticano
Most (only!) visited continent: Europe
