Jackson Hole, Wyoming

So believe it or not, I just got back from a trip and don’t have an entire post to share with you on the food I ate.  Honestly, if there’s an “official cuisine of Wyoming” I don’t know what it is, and we didn’t have it.  Game meat?  Nope, didn’t even have that. I had several beet salads, some bourgie tacos and lots of healthy home cooked meals.  But mostly we enjoyed the great outdoors including several ventures into National Parks, taking a gondola to 10,450 feet, trying our hand at fly fishing, flirting with a moose and getting taste of the West at a small town rodeo.

After hiking for hours looking for moose with no luck, we spot this guy munching in someones front yard.
